All orders require a non-refundable and non- transferrable deposit. This also includes any money paid towards your baby. so please make sure you intend to go through with your purchase before ordering. Because each doll is a special order, no returns can be accepted. It takes a great deal of time and expense to make each doll. I stand by my work 100%. I work hard to get your baby to you in a timely manner. Your baby will be made in the order payments are received. Babies paid in full and not needing a layaway will be finished first.
Layaways can only be accepted once the deposit is made. Please let me know if you need layaway before paying your deposit. Monthly payments must be made. Failure to make monthly payments and if you do not contact me to make arrangements, I will assume you are not going to honor the agreement made which will result in the forfeiture of all payments and deposits made and the cancellation of your doll purchase. Payments can not be transferred or credited towards another baby.
Please Note: Silicone babies are handmade items, not factory made. This is an artist piece and may have a slight mark or imperfection here and there, which is not considered a flaw but part of the handmade charm. This is a collectors item and is not recommended for young children.
